1. Eligibility

You may use the service only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law. Users under the age of 14 are not permitted to create an account or use the service.

사용자는 관련 법령에 따라 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 자격이 있어야 합니다. 만 14세 미만 사용자는 계정을 생성하거나 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.

2. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure. You are also responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our fault.

3. Use of the Service

MIF is a social networking service that allows users to discover profiles, connect with other users, chat, and use certain premium features. You agree to use the service lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not interfere with the experience or safety of others.

MIF는 사용자 프로필 탐색, 다른 사용자와의 연결, 채팅 및 일부 유료 기능을 제공하는 소셜 네트워킹 서비스입니다. 사용자는 서비스를 합법적이고 존중하는 방식으로 이용해야 하며, 타인의 안전이나 서비스 이용 경험을 침해해서는 안 됩니다.

4. User Content

사용자 콘텐츠

You are responsible for the content you upload, post, send, or otherwise make available through the service, including profile information, photos, and chat messages. You must not upload or share unlawful, abusive, sexually explicit, deceptive, or infringing content.

사용자는 프로필 정보, 사진, 채팅 메시지 등 서비스를 통해 업로드, 게시, 전송하거나 제공하는 콘텐츠에 대해 책임을 집니다. 사용자는 불법적이거나, 학대적이거나, 성적으로 노골적이거나, 기만적이거나, 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 업로드 또는 공유해서는 안 됩니다.

5. Prohibited Conduct

금지 행위

• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Uploading illegal, explicit, or inappropriate content
• Using the service for fraud, spam, or unauthorized promotion
• Attempting to access, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service
• Bypassing restrictions, penalties, or safety features

• 타인을 사칭하거나 신원을 허위로 표시하는 행위
• 다른 사용자를 괴롭히거나 위협하거나 모욕하는 행위
• 불법, 노골적, 부적절한 콘텐츠를 업로드하는 행위
• 사기, 스팸, 무단 홍보 목적으로 서비스를 이용하는 행위
• 서비스를 무단으로 접근, 방해, 분석, 역설계하려는 행위
• 제한, 패널티 또는 안전 기능을 우회하려는 행위

6. Reports, Moderation, and Enforcement

신고, 운영 및 제재

We may review reports, investigate policy violations, and take action including content removal, temporary suspension, restrictions, or permanent account termination if necessary to protect users or the platform.

회사는 신고 내용을 검토하고 정책 위반 여부를 조사할 수 있으며, 사용자 및 플랫폼 보호를 위해 콘텐츠 삭제, 일시 정지, 기능 제한, 영구 계정 해지 등의 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

7. Tickets, Subscriptions, and Payments

티켓, 구독 및 결제

Certain features of the service may require tickets or a paid subscription. Purchases made within the app may be processed by Apple App Store or Google Play through in-app purchases, depending on your platform.

Subscription terms, billing, renewal, and cancellation are subject to the policies of the applicable platform provider and your store account settings.

Consumable items such as tickets may be used within the service as described at the time of purchase. Except where required by law or platform policy, purchases are generally non-refundable.

서비스의 일부 기능은 티켓 또는 유료 구독이 필요할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 결제는 사용자의 플랫폼에 따라 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 인앱결제를 통해 처리됩니다.

구독의 결제, 갱신 및 해지는 해당 플랫폼 사업자의 정책 및 사용자의 스토어 계정 설정에 따릅니다.

티켓과 같은 소모성 상품은 구매 시 안내된 방식에 따라 서비스 내에서 사용할 수 있습니다. 법령 또는 플랫폼 정책상 요구되는 경우를 제외하고, 결제는 일반적으로 환불되지 않습니다.

8. Service Availability and Changes

서비스 제공 및 변경

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time to improve performance, security, reliability, or compliance. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption.

회사는 성능, 보안, 안정성 또는 법적 준수 향상을 위해 서비스의 일부를 언제든지 업데이트, 수정, 일시 중단 또는 종료할 수 있습니다. 회사는 서비스가 항상 중단 없이 제공됨을 보장하지 않습니다.

9. Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, design, branding, and related materials, is owned by IJ Bridge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit the service or its materials.

서비스, 소프트웨어, 디자인, 브랜드 및 관련 자료에 대한 권리는 IJ Bridge 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있으며 관련 지식재산권 법령에 따라 보호됩니다. 명시적으로 허용된 경우를 제외하고, 사용자는 이를 복제, 수정, 배포, 판매 또는 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.

10. Limitation of Liability

책임의 제한

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IJ Bridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to the use of the service.

법이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, IJ Bridge는 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 간접손해, 특별손해, 결과손해, 징벌적 손해 또는 이익, 데이터, 사용, 영업권 등 무형 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

11. Termination

계정 종료

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, present a safety risk, or misuse the platform.

If you request account deletion, access to your account ends immediately, while certain information may be retained for up to 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

사용자는 언제든지 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 회사는 사용자가 본 약관을 위반하거나, 안전 위험을 초래하거나, 서비스를 오용하는 경우 서비스 접근을 제한하거나 계정을 종료할 수 있습니다.

사용자가 계정 삭제를 요청하는 경우 계정 접근은 즉시 종료되며, 일부 정보는 개인정보 처리방침 및 관련 법령에 따라 최대 30일 동안 보관될 수 있습니다.

12. Changes to These Terms

약관 변경

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we may provide notice through the app, website, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
