This End User License Agreement applies to IJ Bridge apps and services, including Bridgi, MM, and future IJ Bridge products.
본 최종 사용자 라이선스 계약은 Bridgi, MM 및 향후 IJ Bridge가 제공하는 앱과 서비스에 적용됩니다.
1. License
라이선스
IJ Bridge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps and services for personal or permitted business purposes.
IJ Bridge는 사용자가 개인적 목적 또는 허용된 비즈니스 목적 범위 내에서 앱과 서비스를 사용할 수 있는 제한적, 비독점적, 양도 불가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다.
2. User Conduct
사용자 행동
You must not use our services to harass, abuse, threaten, exploit, discriminate, impersonate others, distribute illegal content, or interfere with service operations.
사용자는 괴롭힘, 학대, 위협, 착취, 차별, 사칭, 불법 콘텐츠 배포 또는 서비스 운영 방해 목적으로 서비스를 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
2A. Age Eligibility
연령 요건
Bridgi is available only to users who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that the age information you provide is accurate. IJ Bridge may restrict or terminate access if a user is found to be under the required age or has provided false age information.
Bridgi는 만 18세 이상 사용자만 이용할 수 있습니다. 계정을 생성함으로써 사용자는 입력한 연령 정보가 정확함을 확인합니다. 사용자가 연령 요건을 충족하지 않거나 허위 연령 정보를 제공한 것으로 확인될 경우 IJ Bridge는 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.
3. Safety and Moderation
안전 및 운영 관리
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive content, abusive users, harmful behavior, and child sexual abuse or exploitation. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when violations occur.
IJ Bridge는 악의적 콘텐츠, 부적절한 사용자, 유해 행위 및 아동 성적 학대 또는 착취에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다. 위반이 확인될 경우 콘텐츠 삭제, 기능 제한, 계정 정지 또는 접근 종료 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
4. Reports and Enforcement
신고 및 제재
Users may report harmful behavior, unfair practices, abusive content, hidden fees, deceptive pricing, safety concerns, or policy violations. IJ Bridge may review reports and take appropriate enforcement actions.
사용자는 유해 행위, 부당 행위, 악성 콘텐츠, 숨겨진 비용, 기만적 가격 정책, 안전 문제 또는 정책 위반을 신고할 수 있으며, IJ Bridge는 신고 내용을 검토하고 적절한 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
결제 및 구독
Paid features, subscriptions, tickets, credits, or other digital benefits may be provided through app store payment systems or other approved payment methods. Billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund handling may be subject to the applicable platform provider or payment processor policies.
유료 기능, 구독, 티켓, 크레딧 또는 기타 디지털 혜택은 앱스토어 결제 시스템 또는 승인된 결제 수단을 통해 제공될 수 있습니다. 결제, 취소, 갱신 및 환불 처리는 해당 플랫폼 사업자 또는 결제 처리업체의 정책을 따를 수 있습니다.
6. Marketplace and Provider Conduct
마켓플레이스 및 서비스 제공자 운영 정책
For marketplace, consulting, planner, vendor, quote-based, or service-provider features operated by IJ Bridge, providers must not engage in hidden fees, coercive charges, undisclosed additional costs, forced tips, transportation demands, meal or drink requests, helper fees, on-site extra charges, bait-and-switch pricing, or misleading pricing practices.
IJ Bridge가 운영하는 마켓플레이스, 컨설팅, 플래너, 업체, 견적 기반 또는 서비스 제공자 관련 기능에서 제공자는 숨겨진 비용, 강압적 추가금, 사전 고지되지 않은 비용, 강제 팁 요구, 교통비·식사·음료 요구, 헬퍼비, 현장 추가금, 미끼 가격 또는 기만적 가격 정책을 운영해서는 안 됩니다.
7. Staff and Execution Responsibility
현장 인력 및 실행 과정 책임
Provider conduct rules may also apply to staff, contractors, helpers, photographers, dress shops, makeup artists, drivers, assistants, or other personnel involved in service execution. A provider responsible for a submitted quote or service may be held accountable for verified misconduct or customer damage where permitted by applicable law.
서비스 제공자 운영 정책은 서비스 실행 과정에 참여하는 직원, 계약자, 도우미, 사진작가, 드레스샵, 메이크업 담당자, 운전기사, 보조 인력 등 관련 인력에도 적용될 수 있습니다. 제출된 견적 또는 서비스에 책임이 있는 제공자는 위반 사실 또는 고객 피해가 확인될 경우 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 질 수 있습니다.
8. Disputes and Customer Protection
분쟁 및 고객 보호
Users may report unfair charges, hidden costs, coercive behavior, abusive conduct, deceptive pricing, or violations related to marketplace or service-provider features. IJ Bridge may review disputes, restrict exposure, suspend providers, limit service access, remove accounts, support mediation, or review compensation-related measures where appropriate.
사용자는 마켓플레이스 또는 서비스 제공자 관련 기능에서 발생한 부당한 추가금, 숨겨진 비용, 강압적 행위, 괴롭힘, 허위 견적 또는 정책 위반을 신고할 수 있습니다. IJ Bridge는 분쟁을 검토하고 노출 제한, 제공자 정지, 서비스 접근 제한, 계정 삭제, 조정 지원 또는 필요한 경우 보상 관련 조치를 검토할 수 있습니다.
9. Service Changes
서비스 변경
IJ Bridge may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services to improve functionality, security, reliability, user protection, or compliance.
IJ Bridge는 기능 개선, 보안, 안정성, 사용자 보호 또는 법적 준수를 위해 서비스의 일부를 변경, 수정, 중단 또는 종료할 수 있습니다.
10. Termination
이용 종료
We may suspend or terminate access if a user, provider, or related party violates this agreement, our policies, applicable laws, or causes harm to other users, customers, providers, or the platform.
사용자, 제공자 또는 관련 당사자가 본 계약, 운영 정책, 관련 법률을 위반하거나 다른 사용자, 고객, 제공자 또는 플랫폼에 피해를 주는 경우 서비스 이용이 제한되거나 종료될 수 있습니다.
